Compounding-Sterile Preparations.As
many in the industry are aware there has been an ongoing concern about the
acceptability of these devices used in typical hospital pharmacy settings.
In order to maintain 100% compliance with the USP 797 document, Air Safe will perform all required testing outlined within the document. If a client prefers not to have a particular test performed, the pharmacy client will be required to sign a deviation form denoting which tests they prefer not to have performed.
